Plug the cable from the receiver/preamp into the input labeled LFE if available. Always power off the subwoofer when making or breaking the connection to it. Set the crossover on the subwoofer to maximum Hz or bypass if available. Set the subwoofer phase to 0 degrees. Set the subwoofer polarity to positive or 0 degrees.
Tips to restore sound on your own. Many TV issues can be fixed by simply restarting your receivers. Hold down the POWER button for 10 seconds. Press it again to restart the receiver.
